1. Photography service provider
The photography service and Photo Event website are provided by Evgenia Trofimchuk, email: , referred to below as “Photo Event” or “we”. The event organiser is the seller of the photos.
2. Scope
These terms govern use of myphotoevent.com, inquiries about photography services and technical delivery of photos through protected client galleries. Photos are purchased from the event organiser. The website does not accept online orders or payments. An inquiry does not confirm a booking.
A specific quotation, organiser contract, written order or other individually agreed terms take precedence to the extent they expressly differ from these Terms.
3. Services we offer
Event photography.
Preparation and processing of photographs.
Delivery of selected photographs to participants or clients.
Temporary provision of digital photos through a protected online gallery.
Other related services specified in an individual quotation.
The organiser sells the photos, receives payments and handles sales records and accounting documents. Photo Event photographs the event, prepares the photos and provides technical delivery.
4. Purchasing from the organiser
The selection, price, payment and purchase terms are agreed with the organiser as seller. For payment or accounting documents, withdrawal from the purchase, refunds or sales complaints, contact the organiser using the details provided when purchasing.
5. Delivery of digital photos
Purchased digital photos may be provided through a protected online gallery. Clients receive an individual gallery link or address and a separate access code.
Photo Event provides technical access to the photos through the gallery. Sending a link or code does not itself waive consumer rights. Withdrawal from the purchase is handled with the organiser as seller.
The gallery is a temporary delivery method, not permanent archiving. Access is normally available for up to 30 days after activation or provision. Clients must download and archive purchased files before the period expires. The 30-day period applies to the Photo Event gallery and does not determine retention periods for copies held independently by the organiser. The rules and responsibilities described in the Privacy Policy apply to those copies.
6. Gallery access and security
Clients should take reasonable care of their access code. Photo Event does not prohibit voluntary sharing of purchased photos or access details with trusted people, but anyone receiving valid access details may view the gallery.
If misuse is suspected, we may end a session, change a code or revoke access. Contact Photo Event to restore access or resolve a technical delivery problem.
7. Permitted use of purchased photos
Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive a non-exclusive right to use and share purchased photos for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Personal storage, printing for personal use and posting on personal profiles are permitted. Resale, licensing, advertising, commercial campaigns or other commercial use require prior permission.
8. Copyright
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, copyright and related rights remain with the author or rights holder. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright.
9. Quality and technical compatibility
We aim to provide digital files in a commonly usable format and at the quality stated in the quotation. Colour and brightness may vary between screens, printers and settings.
For a damaged or missing file or a technical delivery problem, contact Photo Event for investigation, correction or redelivery. For purchase claims, including refunds, contact the organiser as seller.
10. Withdrawal from distance and off-premises contracts
Where an order is a distance or off-premises contract and the law provides a right of withdrawal, the consumer may exercise it within the applicable period, normally 14 days, without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
Where the law does not provide a right of withdrawal for the way an order was concluded, this clause does not create an additional contractual right of withdrawal.
11. Immediate provision of digital content
Where a right of withdrawal applies and the client requests immediate delivery, the required sales consent and acknowledgement are given to the organiser as seller. Photo Event provides technical delivery.
The right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium can be lost only when the applicable statutory conditions are met. Other rights relating to content that is not supplied or does not conform are not restricted.
12. Cancelling or changing a photography service
When commissioning Photo Event for photography services, payment for our service, changes to the date or scope and termination are agreed with the organiser or other commissioning client in the photography quotation or contract.
13. Website availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and galleries available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network problems, a provider, a security incident or another technical cause. If paid content is affected, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide alternative delivery.
14. Complaints and problems
For missing files, a damaged file or a gallery problem, write to with the order or gallery number and a short description. For payment, refunds or other sales complaints, contact the organiser.
Consumers have the remedies provided by applicable consumer protection and digital content and services legislation.
15. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie policy.
16. Applicable law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection provided by applicable law.
The parties will first try to resolve disputes through direct communication. Consumers may also use applicable out-of-court mechanisms, including competent conciliation commissions and the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.
17. Changes to the Terms
The current version is published with its last updated date. Changes are not applied retrospectively to remove statutory or contractual rights already acquired.
