Detailed notice
1. Who takes the photos
The photography service is provided by Evgenia Trofimchuk / Photo Event in connection with the event and the agreed relationship with its organiser.
2. Purposes
Photographing and documenting participation and performances.
Preparing and delivering photos to participants and clients.
Performing a contract with an organiser or client.
Protection and technical administration of client galleries.
3. Public use
Photos are not automatically used for advertising, social media or public portfolios. Where separate consent or another legal basis is required, it is arranged separately.
4. Access and duration
Photos delivered online are provided in a protected client gallery with an individual link and code. The gallery is normally available for up to 30 days and is not a permanent archive. Where provision is agreed, the organiser may hold its own copies. Their retention period and independent use are not determined by the gallery period; see the Privacy Policy for details.
