When this applies
These model declarations are given to the seller — the organiser — where the purchase is a distance or off-premises contract, a right of withdrawal applies and the client requests the photos before that period ends.
Separate declarations
I expressly request that the seller — the event organiser — begin providing the purchased digital photos through Photo Event before the applicable withdrawal period ends.
I acknowledge that, when provision of the digital content begins under the statutory conditions, I may lose my right of withdrawal for that digital content.
Your other rights remain
This does not limit your rights if photos are not supplied, a file is damaged or the digital content does not match the agreement.
