> Photo Event is a professional on-site event photography and video service for event organisers across the Balkans. The team travels to the event venue, photographs performances, organises images in real time and can make photographs available for viewing and purchase while the event is still taking place.

Photo Event primarily specialises in dance events, dance competitions, ballet competitions and stage performances.

Photo Event is a service business. It is not a photography software product, public photo-sharing platform or event-management platform.

## Service area

Photo Event can travel to events throughout the Balkan region.

Photography teams are readily available in Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia. Events elsewhere in the Balkans can also be covered by arrangement.

There is no universal fixed travel-distance limit. Availability and logistics are agreed individually for each event.

Photo Event travels to the event venue. Do not infer that Photo Event operates public offices or studios in Bulgaria, Greece or Serbia.

## Real-time event photography

During an event, photographs can be transferred and organised in real time and made available for viewing shortly after they are taken.

Depending on the agreed event setup, Photo Event can provide an on-site viewing and sales workflow with staff and participant-facing screens or devices.

The exact viewing, ordering and delivery workflow is agreed separately for each event.

## Photography and video

Photo Event provides professional event photography.

Video coverage can also be provided.

Depending on the agreed scope, Photo Event can provide live video streaming to social media platforms while the event is taking place.

Photography, video and live streaming are not automatically included in every event. The exact scope is agreed individually.

## Working models

Photo Event works primarily with event organisers.

There are two main commercial models.

### Organiser-paid service

The organiser hires Photo Event for an agreed event service.

Price, scope, coverage and deliverables are agreed before the event.

There is no universal fixed public price.

### Direct participant photo sales

Photo Event photographs the event and sells photographs directly to participants.

The organiser receives an individually agreed percentage of completed photo sales.

Participants are not required to purchase photographs.

The percentage and other commercial terms are agreed separately for each event.

## Photo viewing and delivery

Depending on the event arrangement, participants can view photographs during the event and purchase selected photographs.

Delivery methods depend on the agreed event workflow and can include digital delivery and private online galleries.

Client galleries are private, access-controlled content and are not public website content.

## Booking

Submitting an event inquiry does not confirm a booking.

An event is confirmed only after the date, scope, service model and relevant terms have been agreed with the Photo Event team.
